Travel rate applies to destinations outside of a 60 mile radius of Atlanta, GA.
- Travel rate = $2 per mile outside the radius of Atlanta.
- An additional accommodation multiplier is applied for Regional and Destination events.
- Regional events with travel over 180 miles outside the radius are a 1.5x multiplier.
- Destination events with travel over 300 miles outside the radius are 2x multiplier.
A 20% deposit will be due at signing of contract.
